What we're looking for

Where the next Jack's opens

We're deliberately selective — the standard has to hold. To be considered, a site should broadly meet the following.

The right person

Willing to serve with the best and passion — non-negotiable, and the first thing we look for.

An A3-licensed property

Or a property capable of obtaining A3 use.

600–1,000 sq ft, minimum

In a location with genuine footfall and demand.

Leased, owned or rented

With the ability to make necessary changes, subject to planning permission where required.

Everything else

Other criteria assessed on a case-by-case basis, discussed directly with our team.
